- Wellness Center Orientation
- Welcome to the Gretna Crossing YMCA! We encourage all new members to book a Wellness Center Orientation with a Wellness Coach to learn to use our equipment, download and connect our mobile app, and to point you in the right direction to make the most of your membership.

- This FREE appointment is all about YOU! Talk to a Personal Trainer about your personal goals, setbacks, and challenges. We will work with you to create a custom plan to move forward.
- Get Started 2
- Let's get to work! This FREE service helps you put your plan in action. Meet with a Personal Trainer to go through a workout designed for you and your goals. We want you to feel confident in your next steps in the Wellness Center.
EGYM
- EGYM Onboarding
- These one-on-one appointments will provide members with the opportunity to be onboarded for the EGYM Smart Strength Circuit. All members must have an onboarding appointment prior to use the equipment.
- EGYM Follow Up

This appointment is specifically designed for you to learn more about the app, complete your flexibility test, and/or have time with one of our staff to adjust/update your program.

- We are excited to be offering our members a FREE 20-minute consultation with one of our wellness staff to discuss goals and choose habits to help them meet their goals.
